Purchase Independently

Many clients choose to purchase directly using the sourcing spreadsheet provided by Creative Directress.

Your personalized sourcing spreadsheet may include:

• Direct purchasing links

• Current vendor pricing

• Product specifications

• Customization details

• Recommended quantities

• Budget summaries

Purchases made directly establish a purchasing relationship between you and the vendor. Questions regarding shipping, returns, exchanges, warranties, refunds, production delays, or product concerns should be directed to the vendor in accordance with their policies.

Full-Service Concierge

Clients may also choose to have Creative Directress coordinate sourcing and procurement on their behalf.

Concierge services may include:

• Product sourcing

• Vendor recommendations

• Quote comparisons

• Customization coordination

• Order placement

• Vendor communication

• Budget tracking

• Production follow-up

• Shipping coordination

While we actively manage the procurement process and work diligently to support a successful outcome, Creative Directress serves as your sourcing and project management partner—not the manufacturer, distributor, retailer, or seller of the products.

Responsibility for manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, product quality, warranties, order accuracy, and vendor performance remains with the selected vendor.

If an Issue Arises

Although we work hard to recommend reliable vendors, unforeseen issues can occasionally occur.

If appropriate, Creative Directress will make reasonable efforts to assist by:

• Facilitating communication

• Providing supporting documentation

• Clarifying order details

• Advocating for a reasonable resolution

However, because each vendor maintains its own policies and decision-making authority, Creative Directress cannot guarantee the outcome of any replacement request, refund, credit, warranty claim, production correction, shipping claim, or other vendor decision.

Creative Directress assumes no financial responsibility for products or services provided by third-party vendors.

 

 

Extended Vendor Support

Vendor coordination during the active project is included within your sourcing engagement.

Requests for continued vendor advocacy, dispute resolution, post-project coordination, claim management, or extended negotiations beyond the original scope of work may be accepted by Creative Directress and billed at our current consulting rate.

 

 

Vendor Relationships & Pricing

Creative Directress may receive preferred pricing, referral compensation, affiliate commissions, negotiated discounts, or other incentives from select vendors.

 

These relationships never determine our recommendations. Products are recommended based on their ability to support your vision, guest experience, budget, quality expectations, and overall project goals.

When available, negotiated savings may be passed along to clients at Creative Directress' discretion.

Because vendor pricing, inventory, and promotions are subject to change, pricing provided in sourcing documents reflects information available at the time of research and may change prior to purchase.
