Creative Directress is proud to partner with athletic program/school for a turnkey sponsorship banner program that raises funds while providing local businesses with high-impact visibility in your gymnasium.
Every game, tournament, and event brings hundreds of families, students, and community members into your sporting space. Sponsorship banners give businesses a chance to showcase their brand while directly supporting your athletic program/school.
Program Benefits
Sponsorship Pricing Example (per season)
Small (4’ × 2.5’) – $300
Medium (6’ × 2.5’) – $450
Large (8’ × 2.5’) – $700
Square (4’ × 4’) – $550

Logo + contact info at no charge.
Upgrade Option:
Sponsors can choose a Full Custom Design for more impact marketing (graphics, slogans, complex layouts) for a discounted design fee of $75.
Added Value:
Sponsors will have the benefit of a 10% discount on marketing needs - for the duration of their sponsorship.
Compensation Structure
Here’s how the program works financially:

You retain full sponsorship fee (minus banner production billing).

Creative Directress bills/recieve a flat production rate per banner (covers design, print, and logistics).
The difference between the billed rate and actual vendor cost ensures we have a reciprocal relationship with fair compensation and duty free funding for the school.
Profit Breakdown (per banner, per season)
Small (4’ × 2.5’) – Sponsor Fee: $300 | Your Profit: $170 | Creative Directress Profit: $116
Medium (6’ × 2.5’) – Sponsor Fee: $450 | Your Profit: $270 | Creative Directress Profit: $158
Large (8’ × 2.5’) – Sponsor Fee: $700 | Your Profit: $470 | Creative Directress Profit: $201
Square (4’ × 4’) – Sponsor Fee: $550 | Your Profit: $345 | Creative Directress Profit: $182
Design Upgrade: $75 and at the discretion of the sponsor and Creative Directress.
Next Steps
Creative Directress provides sponsorship flyers and digital collateral for outreach, banner mockups and print coordination (all banners will be delivered to school/athletic program). Your school will simply promote the opportunity to sponsors and collect/disperse payments, the rest is handled for you.
