STATEMENT OF WORK & CONTRACT

As a business owner and business operations professional, I understand the importance of building strong foundations from the very start. The way you onboard new clients sets the tone for every relationship and can be the difference between a smooth, confident partnership and a missed opportunity.

My role is to design a clear, efficient onboarding system that reflects your brand values, saves you time, and ensures consistency across every client interaction. I purposefully engage with my clients to understand their vision and translate it into practical workflows and tools that work behind the scenes while you stay focused on delivering your expertise.

Once we establish our partnership, you can trust that I’ll create processes that align seamlessly with how you want your business to grow. Your vision, coupled with my operational expertise, will set the stage for lasting success. DELIVERABLES

The Service Provider will deliver the following:

• Documented onboarding process map

• Completed intake form templates

• SOP guide for onboarding

• Implementation recommendations

TIMELINE

The project will commence on the date of signing and is estimated to be completed within 30–45 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. NOTE: Timelines are predicated on timely monthly payments and are subject to be extended as a result.

COMPENSATION

The Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider at the agreed project fee, monthly or hourly rate ($150-$200 MONTHLY). Project payments are due according to the following terms:- 50% deposit required to begin work- 50% due upon delivery of final materials. Additional services outside the scope will be billed at $85 per hour unless otherwise agreed.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to provide timely information, access, and approvals required for the completion of the project. Delays in client response may impact the project timeline.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All deliverables created under this Agreement shall become the property of the Client upon full payment. The Service Provider retains the right to showcase non-confidential portions of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS DEVELOPMENT RATES

Our Business Operations Development services are designed to give you the tools and systems you need to run your business smoothly from day one. Rates are structured to reflect the scope of work, level of customization, and time commitment required to create client-ready processes, forms, and workflows that support long-term growth.

$399 - On-Demand and Projects (10 Hours Per Month)

$150-200 - Discounted Agreed Rate

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Intellectual Property: All workflows, forms, SOPs, and process documentation created under this Agreement shall become the property of the Client once full payment has been received. The Service Provider retains the right to showcase non-confidential portions of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

Indemnification / Non-Disclosure: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Directress (Melissa Quick) and any of its consultants/contractors from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of deliverables created under this Agreement, except in cases of the Service Provider’s willful misconduct or negligence. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive business information shared during this engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Changes, Cancellations & Billing: The scope of work is defined in this Agreement. Any changes, additions, or requests outside of scope will require a new agreement or will be billed at $85 per hour. If the Client wishes to cancel the project, the Client shall compensate the Service Provider for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable.

Project Completion: This Agreement concludes upon delivery of the final agreed-upon materials (onboarding workflow, intake forms, SOPs, and recommendations). Any ongoing support, maintenance, or additional requests beyond delivery will require a separate scope of work or new agreement.

Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing timely access to any platforms, accounts, or information necessary for the Service Provider to complete the project. Delays in providing access or information may impact the timeline of deliverables.

Entire Agreement: This document represents the entire Agreement between the Client and Creative Directress. No other statements, promises, or commitments made by either party that are not included in this Agreement shall be legally binding.
