Cancellation Policy
This session is strategic in nature - and non-fundable once booked. Any fee amount paid will go towards your first invoice with us - should you choose to move forward with any of our offerings. This offer to add it to your first invoice expires 24 hours after your consultation. We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
